ServiceNow Developer

Role: ServiceNow Developer - CSM / SPM
Role Type: Contract
Location: UK | Fully Remote

Technology & Risk Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced ServiceNow Developers to support a contract-based programme. We are looking for ServiceNow professionals with strong hands-on development experience and exposure to Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations.
• Use JavaScript and ServiceNow development tools to deliver robust solutions.
• Support configuration and development across CSM and/or SPM.
• Troubleshoot, test and resolve technical issues.
• Follow ServiceNow development and implementation best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Experience:

• Strong commercial experience as a ServiceNow Developer / Technical Consultant.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, integrations and customisation.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and development lifecycle.
• CIS-CSM and/or CIS-SPM certification is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working on ServiceNow implementation or transformation programmes.
