Servicenow developer

We are looking for ServiceNow Developers and Tech Leads to join our team and work on complex, enterprise-level implementations. If you enjoy building scalable solutions, solving platform challenges, and collaborating with distributed Agile teams, this role is for you.

About the role:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting backend integrations, content delivery, and automation initiatives across different workflows.

🧠 Required Experience

  • 6–10 years of total experience in software or platform development

    • (Mid-level: 5–7 years | Tech Lead: 8+ years)

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow

  • Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with distributed teams

🛠 Required Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript

  • ServiceNow development skills including:

    • Glide Scripting

    • Script Includes

    • Scheduled Jobs

  • Experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes across system components

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and platform architecture

AI / AI Experiences

Must Have

  • Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Virtual Agent

  • Now Assist

  • AI / GenAI exposure

  • For AI/ML-focused roles, prior experience in the AI/ML field is required.

ITX / Technology Workflows

Must Have

  • Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals
