We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer (with CTA or ArchX certification preferred) to design, build, and optimize enterprise workflow solutions across our ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, platform architects, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable, robust, and maintainable platform capabilities. You will lead key technical initiatives, maintain architectural alignment, and drive best practices in custom app development, integrations, and automated workflows.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
- Certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Architecture Track: Active pursuit or completion of Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or ArchX (Architect Journey) credentials is a strong plus.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP, JSON, and Web Services.
- Integrations & Data: Experience with Integration Hub, MID Server management, and relational data modeling on the ServiceNow platform.
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, ITIL processes, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
