ServiceNow Developer

Salary: ₱75,000 – ₱110,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and

platform APIs

● Build and enhance modules (ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance, etc.) according to business

requirements

● Implement integrations with third-party systems and manage API development

● Optimize database queries, workflows, and performance

● Conduct code reviews and establish development standards

● Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments

● Mentor junior developers and document technical solutions

● Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts on implementation details

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)

● Must have 2+ to 5 years of ServiceNow development experience

● Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs

● Deep knowledge of ServiceNow application development and customization

● Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

● ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Application Developer certification

● Experience with Agile development methodologies

● Knowledge of database design and SQL

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control
