Designs, develops, and supports ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM solutions (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset Management) and builds integrations for enterprise-scale IT operations.
CareCone Group is seeking experienced ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM specialists to join our growing team in Auckland and Wellington. You will design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM, including CMDB, Asset, and Knowledge Management, while delivering enterprise-scale IT solutions.
You will implement and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management capabilities, and develop integrations via REST, SOAP, LDAP, and SSO.
