Location: Orlando, FL 32801 (Hybrid)
Job Description:
The ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform
- Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules
- Creating and managing workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues
- Managing user access and permissions
- Performing upgrades and patches to the ServiceNow platform
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience administering and configuring ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
