ServiceNow HAM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HAM Pro Administrator/Consultant to support the configuration and administration of the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) module. The role focuses on enabling asset lifecycle management, governance processes, operational reporting, and KPI data readiness.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance the ServiceNow HAM Pro module in line with approved business processes

• Configure asset classes, models, stockrooms, and lifecycle states

• Set up HAM workflows, approvals, and governance controls

• Support asset onboarding activities and asset repository setup

• Configure reports, dashboards, and operational views

• Support CMDB-HAM synchronization and CI alignment activities

• Ensure asset lifecycle data quality, completeness, and KPI readiness

• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities

• Support testing, UAT, and go-live preparations

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro

• Solid understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and hardware asset lifecycle processes

• Good knowledge of CMDB fundamentals and asset-to-CI relationships

• Experience with asset lifecycle management and governance processes

• ServiceNow administration and configuration expertise

• Experience building reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
