Lead end-to-end technical delivery, setup, and hands-on configuration of ServiceNow CPQ and Sales and Order Management (SOM) modules.
- Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Relevant ServiceNow SOM, CPQ, or other product-specific micro-certifications.
