ServiceNow ITOM Architect
Summary
Designs and implements enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB, while integrating with external systems and leading stakeholder workshops.
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing platform architectures.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as ServiceNow Architect / Senior Consultant
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB & CSDM
- Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
- Ability to lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Language Requirements
- English level: C1 (advanced / fluent) – mandatory
(ability to work with international clients & teams)
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / CIS-ITOM / CTA
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of ITIL / Agile frameworks
- Pre-sales / client-facing experience
- German language
