Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and operate ServiceNow ITOM solutions covering Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Configure event ingestion, event correlation, alerting, workflows, and operational visibility capabilities.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and external enterprise data sources.
• Improve CMDB data quality, discovery patterns, configuration accuracy, and service mapping outcomes.
• Develop maintainable platform solutions aligned with ServiceNow standards while supporting security, integrations, and continuous product improvements.

Skills Required:

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience, including substantial experience as a ServiceNow Application Specialist, Developer, or ITOM Consultant.
• Strong JavaScript development experience, including object-oriented programming, classes, inheritance, and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience implementing and administering ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, including Event Management, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience designing ServiceNow configurations and integrations for enterprise monitoring, infrastructure, cloud, and external systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues, analyze root causes, and deliver reliable solutions across the ServiceNow product lifecycle.

Good to Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow SAM, HAM, and REST API integrations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
