SERVICENOW ITOM, ITSM DEVELOPER/TESTER (NT)
- Configure and develop ServiceNow capabilities
- Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and Flexera for asset/license-related data ingestion.
- Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and NetBox for infrastructure and network/OT asset data ingestion.
- Configure Import Sets, Transform Maps, scheduled jobs, APIs, and business rules as required.
- Implement CI creation/update logic, reconciliation support, and data handling according to architected standards.
- Support setup of access rights, role structures, and required separation controls in the platform.
- Develop and test technical components needed for quick-win CMDB delivery.
- Support defect fixing, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
- Work closely with the architect and process consultant to ensure technical implementation aligns to governance and process requirements.
- Document technical designs, integration logic, error handling, and support procedures.
- Assist with performance tuning, operational handover, and post-go-live support.
- Expertise in ITSM Form creation
- Good experience on all ITSM Module and Its Applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management.
- Configuration and customization in Incident, Problem, change and knowledge Management
- Expertise on Integrations with REST API Integrations.
- Customizing user interface including forms, lists and created record producers for Incident, Problem and change management.
- Working on ACL’s (Access control list) for providing the data security.
- Incident management experience
- Upgrades and Patching: Collaborate in planning and executing ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Testing experience on CMDB and Integration
- Strong ServiceNow development experience across platform configuration and custom development.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB-related development, CI classes, data loads, transform logic, and related workflows.
- Strong experience building integrations into ServiceNow using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and scripted APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow security model, ACLs, roles, groups, and rights/domain separation considerations.
- Strong scripting capability in JavaScript within ServiceNow.
- Experience troubleshooting integration issues, data mismatches, transformation errors, and platform behavior.
- Understanding of CMDB data quality principles and CI lifecycle management.
- Ability to convert architecture and process requirements into working configurations and deployable solutions.
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary
- Integration experience with Flexera.
- Integration experience with NetBox.
- Understanding of network/OT asset data structures.
- Experience with MID Server, Discovery, and data ingestion troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with HAM/SAM-related data structures and asset-CMDB alignment.
