Fulltime Extendable Contract
POSITION OVERVIEW: We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to support implementation, configuration, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow IT Service Management modules. This role is focused on translating business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring application stability, performance, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules as per business needs.
- Support integration testing and validate interface behavior.
- Troubleshoot configuration and performance-related issues.
- Assist in system enhancements and ongoing support activities.
- Create and maintain documentation, testing artifacts, and configuration notes.
- Support deployment and stabilization activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
- 58 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA Certification.
- Experience in large-scale ITSM implementations.
