ServiceNow Platform Architect

About the role

At The Whiteam Consulting we are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the definition and evolution of the ServiceNow platform architecture in an enterprise environment.

The selected person will act as a technical reference, defining standards, governance, technological roadmap, and best practices, ensuring a scalable, secure, maintainable platform aligned with the business strategy.

What you'll do

• Define and evolve the global ServiceNow platform architecture.

• Lead the strategy for:

  • ITSM

  • CMDB / CSDM

  • IRM / GRC

  • CSM

  • HRSD

• Define technical standards, design patterns, and platform governance.

• Lead Architecture Review and Design Authority processes.

• Design integration strategies through:

  • REST APIs

  • SOAP

  • IntegrationHub

  • MID Server

• Define the CMDB and Service Mapping strategy.

• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and data quality.

• Participate in the roadmap, releases, and platform evolution.

• Act as a technical advisor for business, architecture, and development teams.

• Mentoring of teams and technical leadership.

What we're looking for

• More than 5 years of experience in ServiceNow environments.

• Experience as

  • ServiceNow Architect

  • Platform Architect

  • Senior Technical Lead

• Advanced knowledge of

  • ITSM

  • CMDB / CSDM

  • IRM / GRC

  • CSM

  • HRSD

• Experience in

  • Discovery

  • Service Mapping

  • Complex integrations

  • Platform governance

  • DevOps and CI/CD in ServiceNow

• Knowledge of

  • Security

  • Data Governance

  • Performance Tuning

• Ability to communicate with business and senior stakeholders.

• English C1 essential.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certifications:

  • CTA (Certified Technical Architect)

  • CSA

  • CAD

  • Implementation Specialist

• TOGAF.

• ITIL 4.

• Experience in banking or regulated sectors.

• Good level of Spanish.

• We have 23 days of vacation per year

• We have 14 paychecks, 12 monthly and two extras (June and December)

How you'll work

• Location: Madrid.

• Modality: On-site / Madrid.

• Duration: 12 months + possible extensions.

• Schedule: 09:00 - 18:00.

• Rate: 300 €/day.
