ServiceNow Platform Director
Overview
CTP is a privately held small business based in Herndon, VA. We provide program management services for government and private clients and deliver technical assistance programs in over 80 countries around the world. CTP provides specific solutions or full lifecycle support, including course and curriculum design, expert instruction, logistics support, monitoring & evaluations, knowledge management, strategic planning, program management, and staffing services.
Responsibilities
Position Summary: CTP, Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Director to oversee the strategic implementation, governance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. This role ensures workflows, automation, and integrations align with operational and business objectives while maintaining platform performance, scalability, and cost management.
Travel to the Caribbean region will likely be required.
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead ServiceNow platform strategy and governance• Manage platform roadmap and implementation initiatives• Oversee workflow automation, incident management, and case management systems• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability• Manage platform costs, reporting, and vendor relationships• Provide Tier 3 escalation support oversight• Ensure platform aligns with enterprise architecture and business processes• Lead ServiceNow development and administration teams
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field• 10+ years of IT platform or enterprise application experience• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience• Experience managing enterprise platform teams• Strong leadership and platform governance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow certifications• Experience with enterprise ITSM implementations• Experience with cloud platform integrations• Experience managing platform budgets and vendors

Hybrid/Remote. Travel to Caribbean region may be required.

Compensation________________________________________
Salary range based upon experience, but this is a senior/executive level position.
