LTS is seeking a ServiceNow QA Analyst to support application delivery, testing, release coordination, platform operations, and governance activities for a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program.

The ServiceNow QA Analyst will play an important role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and successful delivery of platform enhancements throughout the software development lifecycle. This individual will work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other technical stakeholders to execute testing activities, identify and track defects, coordinate release readiness, and support production deployments.

The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in software quality assurance with excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail and is comfortable operating across both testing and release management activities within an Agile enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for ServiceNow platform capabilities and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to review requirements, assess testability, and ensure quality checkpoints are met.
  • Support the implementation and use of the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, test data, and supporting testing documentation.
  • Identify, document, validate, and track software defects through resolution.
  • Coordinate release readiness activities and perform deployment validation.
  • Prepare and publish release notes for platform deployments, enhancements, and updates.
  • Track release schedules, change records, implementation documentation, and related deployment activities.
  • Support platform governance, compliance, and operational procedures.
  • Assist with quality and operational reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate testing status, release readiness, risks, issues, and dependencies to appropriate technical and program stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile delivery activities and collaborate across teams to support timely, high-quality platform releases

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant professional experience; or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, platform operations, release management, or a related IT discipline.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and enterprise platform environments.
  • Strong knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Experience supporting functional, regression, integration, and/or user acceptance testing.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile software delivery teams.
  • Experience coordinating software or platform releases, including release readiness, deployment validation, change tracking, and supporting documentation.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to develop and maintain test cases, test plans, release documentation, and operational artifacts.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain client-required access as needed.

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Additional hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience implementing or working with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
