ServiceNow Risk & Security Transformation Consultant

Linking Humans is working with a leading consultancy looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with a background in risk, cyber security, compliance and operational resilience.

This is a senior consulting role where you will help enterprise clients design and deliver ServiceNow-enabled risk and security transformation programmes.

In this role you will:

• Advise clients on risk, cyber security, compliance and resilience transformation
• Support ServiceNow IRM and SecOps implementations
• Improve governance, controls, audit and risk management processes
• Support vulnerability management and security operations workflows
• Translate business requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions
• Engage with senior stakeholders including CISO, CRO and compliance teams
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs and client presentations
• Support AI governance and responsible AI initiatives

What we are looking for You should have experience in at least two of the following:

• ServiceNow IRM
• ServiceNow SecOps
• Cyber security transformation
• Risk and compliance
• Operational resilience
• AI governance

Knowledge of frameworks such as DORA, NIST, ISO 27001 or GDPR would be beneficial.

Strong consulting, stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with experience delivering risk, security or transformation programmes.
