- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro experience.
- Strong expertise in ITAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM.
- Knowledge of software licensing and compliance (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Adobe, etc.).
- Experience with SAM integrations, SCCM, Intune, Flexera, and Snow.
- Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in enterprise-level SAM implementations.
