Summary

PhonePe is hiring a ServiceNow Senior Analyst specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Day to day, the person gathers business requirements, documents workflows, designs test plans, and configures/administers ServiceNow IRM and VRM modules to keep GRC processes efficient and compliant with regulatory standards.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Analyst specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with 4-6 years of experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and developing solutions to ensure our clients & GRC processes are efficient and compliant with regulatory standards. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. The points listed below will guide you on the requirement for this role.
1. Partnering with business users to gather requirements to formulate business specifications and translating those into business functionality.
2. Documenting workflows and results of business analysis and obtaining sign-off from users on specifications. Designing and executing test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet ROI objectives.
3. Assisting the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a business functionality requirement statement.
4. Communicating the business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team and serving as business interface from the enterprise’s operational management team managing expectations and defining business satisfaction metrics.
5. Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.
6. Understanding the long-term business objectives and suggesting strategies to meet those objectives, introducing innovations to business processes through technology if appropriate.
7. Assisting the enterprise’s business operations staff in developing context or other materials; recommending enhancements and identifying new business requirements.
8. Maintain current knowledge on the updates in ServiceNow and recommends upgrading to maintain efficient operation.
9. Works with IT applications analyst and programmers as necessary.
10. Develops, edits, and maintains operating procedures and standards manuals.
11. Conducts training sessions to implement new or improved systems and procedures.
12. Conducts meetings on all levels of management for purposes of presentation, reviews, approvals of recommendations, etc.
13. Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing business services policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, and make recommendations in these areas.
14. Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders, such as clients and internal team members.

1. Must be a Bachelors in Engineering, Bachelors in Technology, Master in Computer Applications, Bachelors in Computer Applications, Master in Technology, Masters in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. 4 - 6 years of experience in project management and Configuration or Administration of IRM, VRM modules of ServiceNow Platform.
3. Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.

CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
1. ServiceNow certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (must have), Certified Implementation Specialist etc., are a plus.
2. Business Analyst certification or equivalent
3. CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 are preferred
