ServiceNow Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Specialist to design, develop and optimise enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable workflows and provide technical support across the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow architecture, workflows, configurations and customisations.
• Develop solutions using App Engine, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts and UI Policies.
• Support and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.
• Work across HRSD, CSM and Now Assist where required.
• Manage platform upgrades, clone-backs, patches, performance and overall instance health.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshoot complex platform issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Administrator, Consultant or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform and product suite.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow database structures and CMDB.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering and supporting full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD or CIS certification.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
