ServiceNow Tech Lead

Requirements:
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Singapore

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, with 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution design and implementation
• Proven expertise in architecting and leading end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including workflow automation, integrations, and custom application development
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting (JavaScript, API)
• Ability to define technical architecture, enforce platform governance, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow and GIC best practices

· Experience leading technical teamsthrough design, development, testing, and deployment phases using Agile orDevOps methodologies
