What We're Looking For

Strong ServiceNow expertise across one or more of:

• OMT – Order Management for Telecommunications

• TSOM

• TNI

• ITOM

• ITSM

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise.

• Architecture, technical leadership or solution-design experience appropriate to the targeted role.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation and enterprise environments.

• Telecom / Telecommunications domain experience is highly desirable.

• ServiceNow OMT experience is particularly preferred.

• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.

• Candidates can be based anywhere across the UK or Europe.

• Immediate availability or a notice period of up to 2 weeks is strongly preferred.
