About the Role
Gov Recruit is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect/Platform Specialists/Developer to join a Federal Government ICT team responsible for the ongoing development, administration and optimisation of an enterprise ServiceNow platform.
Working within an Agile environment, you will provide technical leadership, platform administration, architecture guidance and support the delivery of secure, scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience administering enterprise ServiceNow platforms
Experience with the ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP)
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
Experience with Flow Designer, Knowledge Management, Service Bridge, scripting and notifications
Experience with ServiceNow modules including SPM, HRSD and WHS
Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
Knowledge of ICT security and development best practices
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
