ServiceNow Technical Consultant | 6-Month Contract

Location: Sydney Based
Contract: Initial 6-month contract (view to extend)
Rate: Up to $700-900 per day (Total Compensation)

We're partnering with a leading organisation seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering ServiceNow solutions across a range of business-critical initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on ServiceNow development experience who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing, supporting and customising ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMBD, ITOM and related applications
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution
• Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
• Collaborate with architects, developers, consultants, business stakeholders, and project delivery teams

About You

• Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration and customisation
• Basic to intermediate JavaScript and scripting capabilities
• Exposure to ITIL processes and service management frameworks (preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
