Requirements:- ServiceNow Professional Services or consulting background
- Expertise in 1-2 ServiceNow offerings
- CSA, CAD or CIS certification aligned to your workflow
- Experience integrating AI into processes or problem-solving
- Experience in technical solution design, configuration, integrations and testing
- Experience with customer workshops, technical documentation and stakeholder guidance

- Shape solutions that translate business needs into measurable value
- Lead solution design and delivery across customer projects
- Work directly with customers to assess current processes and define future-state solutions
- Translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Provide oversight of deliverables from configuration and integrations to testing and technical documentation
- Help maintain consistent solution quality
- Lead smaller projects and guide technical discussions
- Manage delivery priorities and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants
- Contribute to engagement reporting
- Resolve complex technical issues
- Use AI thoughtfully to optimise workflows and support responsible adoption

We are offering a 12-month contract for a Senior Technical Consultant | ServiceNow | UK role. This is a remote position with travel to our offices or client sites as required. You will work on customer engagements, apply platform expertise and best practices, and help deliver AI-enabled workflows across projects.
