Requirements:- Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
- Experience supporting ServiceNow platform improvements
- Active SC Clearance, ideally from a government body
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM is desirable
- Support ServiceNow enhancements and backlog remediation activities
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions
- Assist with incident, change and service management workflows
- Provide technical support and contribute to platform improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to deliver technical solutions

We are recruiting a ServiceNow Technical Consultant for a three-month contract supporting a project within the Home Office. Youll work as part of a ServiceNow team delivering platform enhancements and remediation activities, alongside senior consultants and client stakeholders. The role is predominantly remote, with occasional attendance in London, and pays up to £450 per day inside IR35.
