Three-month contract role via Hays supporting a ServiceNow project inside the UK Home Office: configuring and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, delivering platform enhancements and remediation, and assisting incident, change and service management workflows. Requires active SC clearance; predominantly remote with occasional London attendance, paying up to £450/day inside IR35.
