Role: Service Now Tester
Exp:6-12yr
Location: Hyderabad

Job Description

Assures release quality before go-live. One generic profile covers all six towers - ITOM is the only squad where a specific literacy add-on is genuinely useful, not a full named specialism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design test plans and test cases against acceptance criteria
  
• Author and maintain ServiceNow ATF automation
  
• Coordinate regression testing and UAT
  
• Triage and manage defects through to resolution
  
• Maintain test evidence for audit and acceptance sign-off
  
• Feed quality risks and patterns back into squad retrospectives
  Required\Mandatory Skills Experience:
  
• ServiceNow ATF experience
  
• Test management tooling experience
  
• Balance of manual and automated testing skills
  
• Ability to write clear, evidence-based defect reports
  
  Desired \Good to have Skills:
  
• Basic infrastructure/network literacy - useful to sanity-check ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping results, not just UI-level ATF flows
  
  
• Experience testing AI-assisted or agentic workflows, including exception and failure-path scenarios
