Provide in-person guest services, order taking, room setup, and billing at a hospitality venue in Singapore.
Job Description & Requirements
1. Customer Service
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to assigned rooms
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback
2. Order Taking & Serving
- Take food and beverage orders (in-room or at counter)
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Clear tables and rooms after use
3. Room Setup & Cleanliness
- Ensure rooms are clean and well-stocked before each use
- Replace microphone covers, sanitize surfaces, check equipment
- Report any maintenance issues
4. Billing & Payment
- Prepare bills and process payments (cash, card, etc.)
- Handle promotions or membership redemptions if applicable
5. Support Duties
- Refill stock (tissues, utensils, condiments)
- Assist with daily opening/closing tasks
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
6. Safety & Conduct
- Ensure customer conduct is within house rules
- Alert management/security if guests are unruly or intoxicated
Requirements:

Meals: 2 Meal Provided (Non Halal Restaurant)
Location: 107 North Bridge Road, #04-01 Funan Mall, Singapore 179105 (City Hall MRT)
Working Hours: 6 WD per week (Morning Shift 1PM-11PM or Night Shift 8PM-6AM), 10 hours/day, 1 hrs break)
