Services Engineer – DevSecOps (Junior/Senior)

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and implement DevSecOps, Observability, Monitoring, and Security solutions across AWS / Azure / GCP and on-premise environments.

• Implement solutions covering Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Management, APM, Cloud Integration, Application Monitoring, and Security Monitoring.

• Configure and integrate solutions with customer infrastructure, applications, databases, cloud platforms, containers, and third-party systems.

• Configure Kubernetes monitoring for EKS / AKS / GKE, including nodes, pods, containers, and workloads.

• Create and customize Dashboards, Monitors, Alerts, and Notification Policies.

• Assist in troubleshooting performance, availability, reliability, monitoring, logging, and integration issues.

• Perform health checks, fine-tuning, optimization, and post-implementation support.

• Work with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) such as Terraform / CloudFormation for deployment and automation.

• Support integration with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, APIs, and automation platforms.

• Work with Sales / Pre-Sales teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and scope POC environments.

• Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

• Prepare implementation plans, configuration documents, as-built documents, operation guides, and handover documentation.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams and technology vendors for complex technical issues and escalations.

Qualifications

Junior Services Engineer

Experience: 1–3 years

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in System Engineer, Cloud Engineer, DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, Monitoring, Security, or Technical Support.

• Basic experience with Linux and/or Windows Server.

• Understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes concepts.

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Firewall, and Load Balancer.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and work with multiple enterprise solutions.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willing to work at customer sites when required.

Senior Services Engineer

Experience: 4+ years

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, Observability, Monitoring, Security, or Technical Consulting.

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux / Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

• Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.

• Experience with solution implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Experience working directly with customers and handling technical requirements.

• Ability to lead or independently deliver POC and implementation projects.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and technical presentation skills.

• Able to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

• Willing to work at customer sites when required.
