GUARANTEED PAY INCRESES

• Raise after your first 30 days

SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES:

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM +$0.75/hour shift premium
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM+$1.00/hour shift premium

As an Order Setup Operator (Adjuster), you'll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently by:

• Setting up envelope folding machines for production orders
• Operating all machines within the department
• Configuring equipment to customer specifications
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs
• Ensuring quality standards and production efficiency

WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
• Manufacturing or production machine setup experience OR
• Automotive, diesel, fleet, industrial maintenance, or mechanic experience
• A willingness to learn and grow through hands-on training
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
