About the Role
Our Settlements & Pre-Verification team plays a central role in ensuring the efficient processing and accuracy of all customer applications. We are responsible for verifying and finalising settlements, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and managing all related documentation and workflows. By streamlining processes and delivering timely results, we support both our dealer network and customers, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience at every stage of a fleet and retail contract.
As a Pre-Verification and Settlements Representative, you will actively engage with the Dealership network to ensure all proposed loan contracts adhere to TFA policy prior to their settlement.
This includes the verification of customer information such as, but not limited to, customer identity, income calculations, expense verification, capacity assessments and privacy checks. Once the proposed loan is deemed to adhere to TFA policy, the Settlement Representative will then process and activate the contract. The Representative will also be responsible for disbursing funds to the relevant dealership or supplier of the vehicle.
