• Design and implement features with strong unit/integration tests and observability.
• Triage and solve production issues with root cause analysis and prevention.
• Coordinate with product, QA, and operations on release readiness and sign-offs.
• Mentor developers on code quality, performance, and secure coding practices.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in modern systems development and code review standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of reducing defects and improving stability.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• AWS/GCP/Azure associate-level certification or equivalent tooling expertise
