What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines
- Sew and assemble high-quality tactical gear
- Inspect finished work for quality
- Meet production and safety standards
- Work as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team
What We’re Looking For
- Sewing experience and knowledge of fabrics/sewing techniques
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to safely operate sewing equipment
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
