Sewing Machine Operator – Experienced Dressmaker (Reus)

About the role

At QUALITY Reus, we are selecting an Experienced Sewing Machine Operator – Dressmaker for a company located in Reus.

The selected person will be responsible for performing sewing and garment manufacturing tasks, guaranteeing the quality of the finishes and compliance with the standards established by the company.

We are looking for a person with experience in sewing, who is detail-oriented, organized, and responsible, with manual dexterity and an orientation toward well-done work.

What you'll do

• Performing sewing and garment manufacturing tasks according to the company's needs.
• Handling sewing machines and other equipment specific to the position.
• Repairs, modifications, and adjustments of garments or fabrics.
• Reviewing manufactured pieces to guarantee the quality of the finishes.
• Control of work materials and tools.
• Compliance with production deadlines and established quality standards.

What you'll get

• Direct contract with the company.
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with one day off per week, from 9:00 to 13:00 h and from 16:30 to 20:30 h.
• Salary: according to the collective agreement, valuing the experience provided and with the possibility of salary adjustment based on the profile.
• Joining a company located in Reus.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a sewing machine operator, dressmaker, or in similar positions.
• Knowledge of sewing and garment manufacturing.
• Experience in handling sewing machines.
• Good manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.
• A responsible, organized person capable of working independently.
• Availability to work the indicated schedule.
