This concept is brought to you by Alliance Hospitality Group, the masterminds behind FLINT By Baltaire in Phoenix, Baltaire Steakhouse in Los Angeles, and other notable restaurant concepts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a member of the restaurant leadership team, you will help lead day-to-day operations while creating an environment where exceptional hospitality, strong teamwork, and high standards come together. You will play an important role in developing the team, maintaining operational consistency, and ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience.

Restaurant Operations & Guest Experience

  • Lead and coordinate restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain consistent standards for food, beverage, service, hospitality, and overall restaurant presentation.
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest receives attentive, friendly, and responsive service.
  • Manage the restaurant atmosphere, including music, lighting, temperature, cleanliness, and overall energy.
  • Maintain a strong floor presence, stepping in wherever needed to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, service standards, and Standard Operating Procedures are consistently followed.
  • Monitor product quality, receiving, storage, labeling, dating, and inventory levels during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure restaurant equipment and facilities are maintained in clean and proper working condition.
  • Respond professionally and calmly to guest concerns and challenging situations, focusing on positive solutions.

Leadership & Team Development

  • "Inspire, Inspect, and Inform" team members through consistent, hands-on leadership and communication.
  • Coach and mentor front-of-house team members while creating a positive, motivating, and productive work environment.
  • Reinforce service standards and guest-focused hospitality through pre-shift meetings, team meetings, and daily coaching.
  • Partner with the GM and leadership team to align on service priorities, team development, and operational goals.
  • Recognize strong performance while addressing performance concerns promptly, professionally, and consistently.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with restaurant and company leadership through appropriate communication channels.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and bring thoughtful, solution-focused recommendations to the GM and Senior Manager.

Financial & Operational Accountability

  • Help manage labor by identifying efficiencies and adjusting support as needed throughout the shift.
  • Follow company cash-handling and reconciliation procedures for cash and other receipts.
  • Complete required operational paperwork accurately, thoroughly, and on time.
  • Support company objectives related to service, quality, productivity, cleanliness, and overall restaurant performance.

Safety & Compliance

  • Make safety a priority by identifying and addressing unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Maintain restaurant sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout each shift.
  • Understand and comply with applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, labor, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Help ensure the restaurant consistently meets company standards for a safe, professional, and well-maintained environment.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of guest-facing experience in food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or a comparable service environment.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong hospitality skills with a friendly, professional, and guest-focused approach.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and personal accountability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and remain solution-focused.
  • Ability to remain composed, professional, and effective in challenging or stressful situations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and confidently in a fast-paced, changing restaurant environment.
  • Knowledge of applicable alcohol service laws and responsible alcohol service requirements.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

The physical requirements listed below are examples of those of the Restaurant Manager may need to perform in order to carry out essential job functions:

  • Persons performing service in this position will exert 50 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
  • This type of work involves a combination of sitting, walking, and standing for periods of time.
