Salary: £45,000 - 75,000 per year

- We need experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- We need strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- We need the ability to work in highly regulated environments with strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- We need experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, SOQL & SOSL, Salesforce Flow, validation rules, custom metadata types, platform events, asynchronous processing, SQL, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, ETL processes, and middleware integration concepts.
- We need experience with Salesforce DX, Git version control, Azure DevOps or Jira, Data Loader, Workbench, Excel advanced analytics, and reporting and BI tools.
- We prefer experience working within government, public sector, or GDS programmes.
- We prefer experience supporting large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes.
- We prefer knowledge of Master Data Management principles.
- We prefer experience with data governance and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- We prefer exposure to DevOps and CI/CD processes within Salesforce environments.
- We prefer Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Data Architect, Application Architect, or Scrum/Agile certifications.
- We design scalable Salesforce data models aligned with HMRC business requirements.
- We analyse complex datasets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- We develop Salesforce platform solutions using declarative and programmatic capabilities.
- We support data migration, integration, cleansing, and governance initiatives.
- We ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- We enable effective use of Salesforce data for reporting, operational processing, and decision-making.
- We support Agile delivery teams in the development and enhancement of Salesforce applications.
- We design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models within Salesforce.
- We define relationships between standard and custom Salesforce objects.
- We develop data dictionaries, metadata standards, and data lineage documentation.
- We ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of Salesforce data structures.
- We support enterprise data architecture and integration strategies.
- We gather, analyse, and interpret business and technical data requirements.
- We conduct data profiling, data quality assessments, and gap analysis.
- We create dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Salesforce reporting tools.
- We identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- We support business stakeholders with data-driven decision making.
- We design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, process automation, and custom objects and fields.
- We implement enhancements and bug fixes.
- We develop reusable and scalable Salesforce components.
- We perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- We support data migration activities from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- We design and validate ETL processes and data transformation rules.
- We work with integration teams to implement API-based integrations.
- We develop and support data synchronization processes across enterprise systems.
- We ensure data consistency across integrated applications.
- We ensure compliance with HMRC data governance standards.
- We implement data security and access controls.
- We support GDPR, audit, and regulatory compliance activities.
- We monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- We maintain documentation and traceability for audit purposes.
- We work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and Development Teams.
- We participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- We translate business requirements into technical and data solutions.
- We provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and data management approaches.
