We are looking for a seasoned SFDC Solution Architect to join our team and take the lead in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. With your expertise, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing our enterprise CRM systems, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance. Your technical prowess will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into robust technical designs, guiding integrations, and mentoring developers.
  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
  • Act as the primary technical architect, translating complex business needs into technical designs and solutions.
  • Guide and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction, conducting design reviews, and fostering a culture of best practices.
  • Drive integrations with Java, .NET, AWS, and CTI systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Facilitate Agile adoption, including PI planning, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams for effective collaboration.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers, ensuring high-quality code and efficient bug resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Document and maintain technical architecture, ensuring clear and comprehensive records for future reference and knowledge transfer.
  • 15+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 13 years specializing in Salesforce Architecture, Integration, and Enterprise CRM modernization.
  • Proven track record in leading design and delivery of Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, and Data Cloud.
  • Expertise in translating complex business requirements into technical designs and guiding integrations with various systems.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a history of guiding and developing high-performing development teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Data Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, .NET, AWS, and CTI systems, and a solid understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
