In the role of SH&E Process and Systems Manager, we will count on you to\:
- Lead the development and improvement of SH&E workflows, reporting, and information management.
- Simplify and automate routine tasks to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Oversee SH&E data, analytics, dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting.
- Create forms, templates, and automated workflows that support SH&E programs.
- Develop standards, guidance, and training for SH&E data, reporting, and digital solutions.
- Partner with SH&E leaders and business stakeholders to align SH&E tools with operational and business needs.
- Liaison between IT and SH&E and serve as SH&E project manager for related projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
- Experience leading business process improvement, reporting, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of occupational safety and health programs and business operations.
- Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations.
- Experience with business systems, workflow automation, reporting platforms, databases, and data integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
