【Investment Banking Analyst】- Job descriptions

(1) Perform industry research – collect, analyze and present on industry information including market trend, supply chain, business opportunities, etc;
(2) Generate M&A ideas and strategies;
(3) Produce pitch book – make an affluent and clear pitch book for internal and external counterparties under strict time constraint;
(4) Perform financial model – make a sufficient financial forecast and verify the rationality of assumptions;
(5) Relationship management and deal sourcing – maintain relationship with exist clients and develop new clients to identify potential business opportunities;
(6) Others – other ad-hoc assignments.
