Shared-Bicycle Driver

We are seeking reliable and responsible individuals to join our operations team as Shared-Bicycle Drivers. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the balance of our bicycle-sharing system across Singapore. Using our mobile app, you will receive real-time instructions on where to collect and deploy bicycles to ensure optimal availability for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
● Operate company 10ft truck to collect and deploy shared bicycles based on app-generated instructions.
● Monitor bicycle distribution across designated zones and follow rebalancing plans to meet demand.
● Perform basic checks to ensure bicycles are safe and usable before redeployment.
● Load and unload bicycles in a safe and efficient manner.
● Work closely with the operations team to meet daily rebalancing targets.
● Adhere to all road safety and company compliance guidelines.

Requirements:
● Possess a valid foreign driving license, or class 3/3A Singapore license
● Previous work experience or familiarity with Singapore road networks and traffic regulations will be advantageous
● Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications effectively.
● Physically fit – able to lift and move bicycles regularly.
● Able to work independently and responsibly.
● Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or fleet operations is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:
● Good time management and punctuality.
● Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
● Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage but not required.

Working Hours:
● 6 days work week, KPI based.
