Shared-Bicycle Motorbike Rider

Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours per week, 1 hour break everyday)

Location: Islandwide (based on deployment needs)

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and responsible individuals to join our operations team as Shared-Bicycle Motorbike Riders. In this role, you will help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of our bicycle-sharing network across Singapore. Using our mobile app, you will receive real-time tasks to inspect, relocate, and perform basic maintenance on bicycles within your assigned zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect bicycles and perform basic operational checks to ensure they are safe and usable.
• Relocate bicycles to nearby approved parking stations when required.
• Consolidate and tag damaged or faulty bicycles for collection by recovery drivers.
• Carry out simple maintenance tasks and replacing minor parts (training provided).
• Ensure bicycles are parked neatly and in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Update task completion accurately through the mobile application.
• Work closely with the operations team to achieve daily KPI targets.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 2B/2A/2 motorcycle licence in Singapore.
• Have your own motorbike
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications effectively.
• Physically fit and able to move bicycles when required.
• Able to work independently and responsibly.
• Prior experience in logistics, delivery, fleet operations, or field service is an advantage.

• Good time management and punctuality.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Basic bicycle mechanical knowledge is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
