Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Move Manager to join our Shared Ownership team. You will manage a high-volume caseload, overseeing sales and purchases through to completion while providing exceptional client support. Working closely with solicitors, Shared Ownership hubs and LRG offices across the UK, you will proactively resolve issues, drive transactions forward and support the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with solicitors and relevant stakeholders to obtain timely legal and conveyancing updates, in line with a clients’ transaction

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing clear updates throughout their sale or purchase

  • Identify and resolve potential issues within the conveyancing process, troubleshooting delays and finding solutions

  • Maintain accurate records on the in-house system, ensuring transaction updates and milestones are recorded clearly

  • Issue invoices to solicitors following exchange of contracts

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and additional revenue streams throughout the conveyancing journey, supporting the wider business

  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the transaction, ensuring clients feel informed and supported

  • Achieve and exceed agreed personal and collective sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall performance of the Shared Ownership team

  • Report and audit sales figures and transactional data, ensuring information is up to date and available for performance analysis

  • Develop and manage new workflows and systems to improve client and team experience

  • Provide support to Move Managers to ensure collective targets are achieved, as well as providing ongoing feedback and guidance to build performance within the team

  • Coordinate holiday and absence cover across the Move Management team, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining agreed service levels

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Shared Ownership clients, creating opportunities for ongoing business and supporting long-term client retention

  • Act as a senior point of contact within the Move Management team, supporting colleagues with complex transactions and sharing knowledge and best practice.

  • Professional and resilient approach with the ability to remain composed when supporting clients through what can be a lengthy process.

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage sales progression and completions across the UK

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Shared Ownership hubs and local offices to coordinate transactions and ensure an efficient completion process

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Strong people and communication skills

  • Computer literacy

  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
