As a Business Analyst, you won’t just document requirements — you’ll help shape meaningful, human-centred solutions powered by data and AI as part of our Shared Services team. You’ll partner with clients, designers, engineers and product teams to understand user needs, translate them into practical solutions, and deliver outcomes that are intuitive for people and intelligent through technology.

What you’ll do:

  • Elicit, define and manage functional and non-functional requirements with strong traceability

  • Translate business needs into user stories, process models and system-level specifications

  • Identify change impacts from new processes, systems and ways of working

  • Create clear documentation and artefacts that enable delivery teams

  • Facilitate workshops, refinements and co-design sessions with stakeholders, delivery teams and end users

  • Analyse and redesign end-to-end business processes with a focus on gaps, efficiency and experience

  • Balance user desirability, business viability and technical feasibility

  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and AI augmentation

  • Lead collaborative sessions that drive shared understanding and decision making

  • Support UAT, readiness, adoption activities and implementation support

  • Work in Agile environments using Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence

  • Use AI tools such as M365 Copilot to enhance analysis, documentation and insight generation

Skills and Exeprience

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis within digital or technology environments

  • Proven ability to apply human-centred design or design thinking approaches

  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience in Agile delivery environments and tools

  • Foundational understanding of organisational change management, including impact, adoption, readiness and user enablement

  • Familiarity with AI tools and applied use cases in business contexts

  • Experience using M365 Copilot for productivity and analysis

  • Understanding of prompt engineering, AI-assisted requirements workflows and Responsible AI practices

Preferred Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting client outcomes
