Are you an adept Finance Manager looking for a dynamic opportunity to excel in a Shared Services environment? Our client, a renowned company with a strong presence in the US and Europe, is in search of a talented and experienced Finance Manager to lead their Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team while also taking on significant team management responsibilities.

As our Shared Services Finance Manager, with a focus on team management, you will:

1. Lead and Mentor: Take the helm of the FP&A team, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.

2. Implement Financial Policies: Ensure strict compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls, and corporate guidelines and processes established by the company.

3. Ownership of Financial Statements: Assume full ownership of business financial statements, guaranteeing their accuracy and reliability.

4. Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain comprehensive documentation to support monthly reviews and proactively drive process improvements when necessary.

5. Revenue Recognition: Ensure the billing process aligns seamlessly with the company's revenue recognition policies.

6. Performance Analysis: Analyze financial results, investigate fluctuations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive corrective actions.

7. Balance Sheet Analysis: Prepare and submit monthly Balance Sheet Analysis reports, promptly addressing platform inquiries.

8. KPI Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on Key Performance Indicators and work closely with business units to develop corrective actions as necessary.

9. FP&A Support: Provide crucial operations support for FP&A, including the evaluation and revision of budgeted rates and business unit standards.

10. Reporting: Create regular and ad hoc reports to facilitate informed decision-making.

11. Audit Support: Collaborate with and support internal and external auditors as required.

12. Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing FP&A team through coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5-7 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Preferred CPA certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google G-Suites, and SAP.
• Experience in a Shared Services or similar environment is an asset.
