SharePoint Administrator (m/f/n)


We are currently looking for a SharePoint Administrator to join a long-term IT project for a European Union Agency based in Warsaw.

This role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and SharePoint platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of SharePoint Farms and SharePoint Online environments.

  • Administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services.

  • Maintenance and support of SharePoint infrastructure.

  • Acting as 2nd line support across production, testing and development environments.

  • Troubleshooting incidents and technical issues.

  • Implementing and deploying solutions delivered by development teams.

  • Designing and planning long-term SharePoint platform improvements.

  • Collaborating with infrastructure, development and operations teams.

  • Maintaining and developing technical documentation.

  • Reporting on operational activities and project tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the IT industry after graduation.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar SharePoint Administration role.

  • Experience with SharePoint Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration and MS Teams Administration.

  • Experience administering complex SharePoint environments in distributed infrastructures.

  • Education: minimum Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Language: English at B2 level or higher (B2 language certificate or a successful language audit resulting in certification is required).

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent practical knowledge of SharePoint technologies.

  • Experience with SharePoint Online.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including:

    • SharePoint Online

    • Microsoft Teams

    • OneDrive

    • Azure AD

    • Azure Logic Apps

    • Exchange Online

  • Experience with IIS-based solutions.

  • Experience with hybrid SharePoint / Microsoft 365 environments.

  • SharePoint patch management experience.

  • Ability to analyse and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.

  • Basic administration knowledge of other Microsoft technologies.

  • Experience with Active Directory environments.

Additional Technical Requirements:

  • ShareGate Migration Tool.

  • Netcompany GetOrganized ECM administration.

  • Deployment of .sppkg packages to the App Catalog.

  • OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML 2.0 authentication.

  • SSL certificate management.

  • ITIL-based processes:

    • Change Management

    • Configuration Management

    • Release Management

  • Active Directory Tiering Model.

  • Experience working in restricted or high-security environments.

Required Certifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (or equivalent).

  • Azure Administrator Associate (or equivalent).

  • Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 (or equivalent).

Additional Information:

  • A Certificate of Good Conduct (Criminal Record Certificate) will be required before onboarding.

  • A RESTREINT UE / EU RESTRICTED clearance is required for the assignment. The clearance is issued through the appropriate authority of the hiring organization.

What we offer:

  • B2B contract with Shimi

  • Rate: 480-500 EUR/MD nett + VAT

  • Long-term project with potential extensions up to 48 months + On-call and EWH (additional fee)
