Description
- Administer and maintain document management systems and SharePoint environments.
- Ensure the security, integrity and performance of data within the systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DMS and SharePoint users.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
- Coordinate system upgrades and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Train staff on the effective use of DMS and SharePoint functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and implement solutions for optimisation.
Profile
A successful Senior DMS & SharePoint Administrator should have:
- 7-8 years experience in managing and maintaining document management systems and SharePoint.
- Expertise in migration projects.
- Strong understanding of system security and data integrity practices.
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to deliver system improvements.
- Experience in developing system documentation and conducting user training sessions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimisation.
