Development and deployment of SharePoint / MOSS 2007, 2010, and 2013 solution and all supportive work thereto.

Clear understanding of SharePoint Product and Server Topology

Knowledge of SharePoint 2007/2010 and 2013 farms

Knowledge of SharePoint and ASP.NET development

Installation and configuration of SharePoint Farm, SharePoint service packs, hotfixes and Cumulative updates with minimal downtime

SharePoint Server roles, farm roles, configuration, administration, Central Administration management, Service Applications, PowerShell administration modules etc.

Understanding of SharePoint best Practices and governance definition and provide general user support

To operate and monitor the SharePoint farms and related services (Backup/Restore/ Disaster recovery etc.)

Perform SharePoint farms capacity planning and performance tuning.

Knowledge of Windows Server Environments: Windows Servers, IIS, SQL and Client Server Environments/Web Applications and

Provide support and maintain the infrastructure which are necessary for SharePoint farm to function seamlessly

Identify, isolate, resolve, escalate and close incident/problem ticket according to Incident Management Process.

Maintain secure, reliable and high performing system

Review and analyse the data produced by SharePoint performance monitoring to identify problems and apply corrective action

Use the monitoring data to further enhance the performance of your servers by identifying areas that need additional resources

High level understanding of system technology such as server virtualisation, LAN, WAN, Firewall, Reverse Proxy, SSL, AD, ADFS, DNS Server, SMTP, OWA, SQL Always-On/Cluster, Antivirus, Backup/Restore etc.
