About the assignment
Design and develop a new SharePoint Online communication site for Development and IT. The consultant will combine hands-on SharePoint development with technical guidance on solution architecture, information structure, navigation, search and governance. The expected result is a modern, user-friendly and scalable solution that follows Microsoft 365 and SharePoint best practices and supports long-term management and further development.
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint specialist who combines hands-on SharePoint Online implementation experience with strong expertise in SharePoint architecture, information structure, navigation, search and governance.
The consultant should be able to design, implement and advise on a scalable, user-friendly communication site aligned with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint best practices.
Must Have
• Strong experience in designing and developing SharePoint Online communication sites, using standard platform capabilities and Microsoft best practices.
• Expertise in SharePoint solution architecture, information architecture, navigation, search, metadata and permissions.
• Experience in designing user-friendly and maintainable solutions for content publishing, communication, and information discovery.
• Ability to translate business and user needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and advise stakeholders on technical design decisions and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English and Swedish
Nice to have:
• Experience with SharePoint hubs, Microsoft Search and integrations within Microsoft 365.
• Experience and ability to follow established governance models for decentralized content management.
• Experience from similar intranet or enterprise communication-site implementations.
