Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SharePoint Developer / Power Platform Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in SharePoint development and customization, particularly in SharePoint Online (SPO), as well as hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). The candidate should be an independent self-starter with strong analytical skills and a positive work attitude.
Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions on SharePoint Online (SPO). • Create business solutions using Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate. • Customize SharePoint lists, libraries, workflows, and pages to meet business needs. • Build custom apps and automate workflows integrated with SPO using Power Apps and Power Automate. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure code and design quality through rigorous testing and documentation. • Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint applications and workflows. • Participate in Agile project teams and contribute to sprint planning, development, and reviews. • Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Requirements Education & Experience • A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint application development and/or maintenance. • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (SPO), including: o Power Automate and Power Apps customization o Power Platform development and integration o Building custom business applications and workflows Skills & Competencies • Strong technical and analytical skills. • Highly meticulous and organized in approach. • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Positive work attitude and proactive problem-solving mindset. • Familiarity with Agile methodology; experience in at least one project using Agile practices (please state project details). Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) • Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications. • Knowledge of Power BI or other Microsoft 365 services. • Experience with integrating external data sources with SPO/Power Platform
