SharePoint Developer (SPFx)

Summary

Builds and maintains SharePoint Online sites and custom SPFx web parts using React, TypeScript, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

We are seeking a SharePoint Developer with strong SPFx experience to design, build, and maintain modern SharePoint solutions that support collaboration and productivity across the business. The role will involve developing custom web parts, extensions, and integrations within the SharePoint Online ecosystem, while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver intuitive and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts, extensions, and applications
  • Build and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to support business processes
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Develop responsive and accessible UI components using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Configure and manage SharePoint permissions, information architecture, and governance standards
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, deployment, and functionality
  • Maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and customizations
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and recommend improvements to existing solutions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development, with strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Solid experience with SharePoint Online administration, site collections, and information architecture
  • Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and REST API development
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools for version control and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and permissions models
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Microsoft 365 are a plus
